This recipe from 1772 from the Toilet de Flora was used as we do today as a toner to clear the skin and lessen pigmentation of freckles and other marks on the face. Borage and Rose aid in evening complexion and can also help with sunburn, dry skin and promote a youthful appearance. 

Perfect for dry-to-all skin types.

 

Ingredients

SVR (alcohol), Rosemary Oil, Organic Rosemary, Essential Oils

How To Use

Apply a small amount to face with a cotton ball or sponge twice a day to clear and cleanse the skin.

  • Packaging: 4oz bottle with limited edition wax sealed top.

    This concoction is packaged in a glass bottle with screw top for ease of use and durability. Wax seal is easily loosened with hands or may be gently warmed between palms to loosen the adhesion.
