Here are some FAQs to get you started

 

How do I purchase an online class?

Our online classes are available for purchase on the Class Offerings page. Simply visit the page and add the class to your cart. At checkout, you will need to "Create an Account" in order to receive your preliminary materials and get more information on how to attend your scheduled class.

Do you offer in-person classes?

Note: Due to covid-19, VFG will not be offering in-person classes for the time being. 

Yes! Though there is no physical space at VFG headquarters to host classes, Amber is happy to travel to teach classes at a host site. Travel & Room costs must be covered and a fee per-attendant is required. We have several class topics prepared and are willing to tailor a class depending on your needs. Please contact us below to discuss possibilities.

Do I need to create an account to take a class?

Yes. Files and links to attend VFG hosted classes are only available through our website portal, wherein you need to create an account to access.

Can I buy a class for a friend?

Yes! If you buy a class for someone other than yourself, please add a note at checkout including their email address and we will send a link for them to create an account and gain access to the portal. If you decide to buy a class for both you and a friend, be sure to add "2" or more to your quantity so I can approve access to both accounts. 

Can the classes be completed at any time?

Yes and no. Some classes are scheduled for live video interaction and will need to be attended in person for live demonstration and Q&A. A recorded version of the live class will be available through the class portal for 30 days after the live class. Other classes may be pre-recorded and will be accessible from the portal for 30 days or longer as specified in the class listing.

I missed the live online class! Do I get a refund?

No. A missed live class does not result in an automatic refund or deduction. If you have missed a class, you will be able to view the recorded version of the class through the class portal. All recordings are available for 30 days after the live class. Any questions regarding the online class can be sent through the class email on the portal. I will answer your questions as soon as I can.
